Every solution supplied by Design Supply Ltd comes with our total commitment therefore we make the following guarantees.

First, we want you to choose with total confidence. That’s why, if you are not totally satisfied with the goods, or solution that we have supplied at any time up to 14 days after installation or delivery we will give you a refund. We will refund the cost of your goods (excluding lease settlements), towards the purchase of any Design Supply product of equal or greater value.

Next, so sure are we of the quality and dependability of our products, that if they don’t perform within the manufacturers specifications, we’ll replace them with a comparable product of equal or greater value free of charge.

Your purchase will be totally supported, where possible we will diagnose and repair faults remotely. If the fault cannot rectify a problem immediately, then a technician will be on site, within an average of four working hours (Monday to Friday 9.00amto 5.00pm and dependent on type of contract purchased.)

Finally, we want you to be delighted with your new purchase. Our team of specialists will make sure that your investment is performing correctly and is configured to suit your needs.

As you would imagine this guarantee does not apply if, your account is in arrears, in cases of accidental damage or abuse or if the product is being used outside the manufacturers specifications.

While others may make a list of promises, at Design Supply, we make a total commitment.
